Don’t have space for a wheel stand or racing simulator? The MOZA Racing R5 bundle comes with a handy steering wheel table clamp letting you enjoy the thrill of racing with limited space. Of course, I still find that I enjoy the feel of the Pro Wheel more as I can dial in higher torque when playing ACC and the pedals feel better with more customizability, but the Moza is a fraction of the price. Setup – not as smooth The SR-P Lite Pedals included in the R5 bundle are without doubt the weak point. They will be the first thing more serious racers will want to upgrade.

Their all steel construction is strong and sturdy, they can be used on carpet or solid floors, and overall feel is good. But the brake is a let down even at this price point.

We mounted the R5 to both the Next Level Racing Wheel Stand 2.0 and the Trak Racer FS3. The R5 could be mounted using all four threads thanks to its mounting plate, whereas the Wheel Stand 2.0 only lined up with two. With only 5.5Nm of torque being exerted, provided you’ve screwed things in properly, two screws aren’t the end of the world. You’ll be fine. Input is position based rather than force or pressure based which is to be expected for the price. The brake pedal has a completely linear and non-progressive feel.
