Meeting Places
Bellerby open Gardens and Events Group

Set up in the summer of 2009 this group aims to organise and run, with the help of Bellerby residents, Open Gardens, and other such events, the purpose being to raise funds for local good causes.
The Objectives are:-
1. To consult with local residents prior to an event.

2. Bank the proceeds of the event and hold in trust prior to distribution to local good causes.

3. After each event the committee will decide upon the amount they will allocate to good causes.

4. Prepare and publish a summary report within two weeks of the event. Proceeds to be distributed as soon as possible after the event.

The Monthly Coffee Mornings do not form a part of the Open Gardens and Events Group activities. They are run by a separate organisation.
